AI Guardrails Movement — Privacy Policy

The AI Guardrails Movement (“we”) is based in Washington State. Contact: hello@aiguardrailspledge.com.

What we collect

When you sign the pledge: your name, email, ZIP code, and whether you are a consumer or a professional (and your industry). Nothing else.

Why

To record your pledge, count supporters, and — only if you opt in — email you movement updates.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or trade your information. Updates go only to people who opt in, and are only about the AI Guardrails Movement and AI Safe Badge. We do not use your information to train AI.

Where it’s stored

Securely with trusted service providers who may use it only to provide their services to us. Pledge signers are kept on their own list, separate from any other business contacts.

Spam protection

Spam protection. Our forms use automated checks to block spam. These checks run on our own site and do not share your information with an outside spam service.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with one click, or email us to see, correct, or delete your information. We’ll respond within 30 days.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it or the movement ends.

Children

The pledge is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We’ll post updates here with a new date.
